Persons with Disabilities
twrk aims to be a disability-inclusive platform, understanding the diverse needs of our users.
Our team is constantly working to improve the experience for all of our products and services by adding new features and making changes to better serve all our members and customers. We’re always open to feedback and would love to hear from you as to how we can make our products even better.
If you find an accessibility bug or have trouble using twrk’s products with assistive technology, please contact us, and we’ll respond as soon as possible to help you through any issues.
Also, note that Be My Eyes is a free app that connects blind and low-vision people with volunteers for visual assistance through a live video call.
At twrk, we've embraced digital inclusion, adopting the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) V2.1 Level AA in the design and development of our products. As we develop our mobile app, we are building and modifying it pursuant to the DOJ’s final rule in 28 CFR Part 35: Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability; Accessibility of Web Information and Services of State and Local Government Entities.
