Each of us has experienced the struggles of job searching firsthand, and we knew there had to be a better way. Jessie Zaylía, Esq.

FOUNDER, CEO
Jessie’s leadership experience started as a former managing partner of a large California law firm, where she later became the Operations Partner (COO). She has grown businesses, run multi-million-dollar accounts, and spearheaded operations and projects, including a $5.2M IT overhaul. She has also recruited for law offices across California for over a decade.
Matt Post

CTO
Matt has been a proud nerd since the dawn of the Internet. Over the span of 27 years, he has built and grown multiple companies from scratch, including a separate AI startup. He is also an exited founder and took 2nd place in Google’s third hack-a-thon.
Ana Ismail

TECH LEAD
Ana has over 20 years of experience in technical leadership. She is a serial entrepreneur, CEO, and CTO who thrives on building and scaling businesses, especially in the HR/Talent Acquisition landscape.
Michael Whitehurst

COO
Michael has over 20 years of experience in running global teams and projects. He brings a proven track record of driving operational efficiency while increasing customer satisfaction.
Naomi Ikeda

ADVISOR
Naomi brings a wealth of domain expertise as an HR guru. She led the HR department at a $440M company and has traveled to a variety of countries to direct HR teams.

UX DESIGNER
Shon is a UX designer with over 15 years of experience. His extensive background in customer-focused design includes work for Squarespace, Microsoft, Thomson Reuters, and Dell.
